The Weeknd debuted a new song from oft-teased new album Kiss Land last night (June 13) at Toronto's Mod Club. "You Belong to the World" buries any sort of subtlety, wielding Portishead's "Machine Gun" percussion, as the Alt-R&B chauvinist complains that he can't domesticate his girl because she "belongs to the world."

Tesfaye also performed his recent French Montana collaboration, "Gifted," and the eight-minute title track to Kiss Land, both of which can be seen below. As of now, a release date for the follow-up to 2012's Trilogy collection hasn't been set.
