The Weeknd’s New Album Is Flirting With You

The Weeknd has been teasing his upcoming studio album for months — note this screenshot featuring a folder called “2013 untitled album” — and now we’ve finally got the first bit of solid information on Abel Tesfaye’s next project. According to the Weeknd’s Twitter, the follow-up to Tesfaye’s Trilogy is called Kiss Land and the cover art can be seen up above.

Judging from the electric text and the puckered-up title, Kiss Land will trade heavy in the Alt-R&B singer’s signature mope’n’grope jams. A release date and track list for the new LP has yet to be revealed.

Fans of the Weeknd’s 2011 three-night stand (the House of BalloonsThursday, and Echoes of Silence mixtapes) can soon take home a limited edition vinyl version of Trilogy. The six-disc set drops on March 26, and pre-orders can now be placed through the Weeknd’s online store. Each copy comes signed and hand-numbered. Only 500 pressings of the $199 collection exist.
