Details on the forthcoming soundtrack to Baz Luhrmann’s The Great Gatsby haven’t exactly been flowing like champagne. Last month, Jay-Z confirmed his role as contributor and executive producer, and we’ve speculated about who will end up on the OST. Meanwhile music from Jack White, Florence + the Machine, and Filter appeared in the film’s two trailers.

Now E! News reports that Beyoncé will duet with André 3000 on a cover of Amy Winehouse’s “Back to Black.”

“It’s a very different take on ‘Back to Black,'” a source associated with Interscope Records, the label releasing the album, told E! Here’s hoping that Bey and Dre — who previously teamed up for “Party,” a track featured on Mrs. Carter’s 2011 hit-mill, 4 — keep the song’s substance-afflicted, broken-hearted core intact. Star power like that may warrant a latter-day inclusion on SPIN’s 40 Movie Soundtracks That Changed Alternative Music list.

The Great Gatsby stars Leonardo DiCaprio, Tobey Maguire, and Carey Mulligan, and is slated to hit theaters on May 10. The film will also open this year’s Cannes Film Festival, which runs from May 15 to 26.
