UPDATE: Lil Wayne was hospitalized Friday (March 15) after suffering seizures for a second time in one week.

Lil Wayne was hospitalized on Tuesday (March 12) after reportedly suffering "multiple seizures" following a music video shoot, according to TMZ.

Sources say that Weezy was taken to a Cedars-Sinai hospital in Los Angeles and was released several hours later, early on Wednesday morning (March 13). Wayne's representative declined to comment, but TMZ reports that the New Orleans MC is "doing much better now."

Weezy was previously hospitalized for "seizure-like" symptoms back in October. A rep for the Cash Money rapper quickly categorized the fit, which happened while Wayne was mid-flight on his private jet, as "a severe migraine and dehydration." Shortly after this denial, news broke that Wayne had suffered a second seizure that same week while onboard another flight. The hip-hop star was then hospitalized again. Several weeks later, Wayne confirmed that he had been prescribed seizure medication.
