The nominees for the 71st Golden Globe Awards are in, and the Best Original Song category should generate no surprised faces. Taylor Swift, Justin Timberlake, U2, and Coldplay are among the performers competing for the award. They're all up against a soaring Demi Lovato song from the Disney movie Frozen, though, so there's a possibility that all those other votes could cancel themselves out.

Specifically, Swift, whose The Hunger Games lullaby "Safe & Sound" lost in this category last year to Adele's all-conquering James Bond theme "Skyfall," is up for her John Hughes-wave One Chance uplifter "Sweeter Than Fiction" (co-written by fun. guitarist Jack Antonoff). Timberlake's nod comes for "Please Mr. Kennedy," his Inside Llewyn Davis folk-pop goof with fellow cast members Oscar Isaac and Adam Driver.

U2, meanwhile, are up for "Ordinary Love," their stadium-rock anthem from Nelson Mandela biopic Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom. Coldplay's entry is explosive power ballad "Atlas," from The Hunger Games: Catching Fire. It's their first new song since 2011's pop-strutting Mylo Xyloto.

And that Disney song? It's Frozen's throwback '90s showtune "Let It Go," sung by Demi Lovato over the film's closing credits and by Idina Menzel in the movie.

Listen to the songs below while once again congratulating She & Him's Zooey Deschanel on her nomination for Best Actress in a TV Series, Comedy.
