Frank Ocean Will Perform at the Grammys Like He Said He Would

Frank Ocean

Earlier this week, Frank Ocean let it slip that he would be performing at the 55th Annual Grammy Awards. More specifically, the multiple-Grammy nominee said on Twitter that he cut his finger during his recent parking-lot brawl with Chris “Jesus H. Christ” Brown and therefore wouldn’t be able to use two hands during his upcoming Grammy performance.

Now Grammy organizers have made Ocean’s big gig official. The channel ORANGE singer will be performing alongside other new lineup additions Alicia Keys and Maroon 5, according to an announcement from the Grammys. The show will be televised live from the Staples Center in Los Angeles on Sunday, February 10, from 8 to 11:30 p.m. (EST/PST) via CBS.

Previously tapped to perform were Dierks Bentley and Miranda Lambert, the Black Keys, fun., the Lumineers, Mumford and Sons, Rihanna, Taylor Swift, Carrie Underwood, and Jack White, plus Elton John teaming with Ed Sheeran. Also, magnificently, Justin Timberlake. Our Lord and Savior is not on the bill just yet. Neither is Chris Brown.
