Florence and the Machine Debut Four Songs Off Upcoming Album at London Concert
The show saw the first performances of "St Jude" and "Third Eye"
Florence + the Machine were on a roll on Wednesday night in London when they debuted four songs from their upcoming album, which won’t be out until June 2. The Tufnell Park Dome played host to the live premieres of the previously released tracks “What Kind Of Man” and the LP’s title track, “How Big How Blue How Beautiful,” as well as two brand new tracks — “St Jude” and “Third Eye.” Florence Welch played the two new tracks once before for a “friends and family only” listening party, but no videos of the soulful “St Jude” or passionate “Third Eye” emerged, so these fan-shot videos are the first real glimpse of them. Watch “What Kind of Man” above, and the rest below. (Be warned — “St Jude” is kind of hard to hear because the crowd wouldn’t quiet down.)
