Flatbush Zombies got some attention for doing "Bath Salt" with fellow New York rappers A$AP Mob, but the style of the Brooklyn trio's D.R.U.G.S. mixtape suggests groovier intoxicants. "MRAZ," the first single from their upcoming follow-up mixtape, Better Off Dead, bodes well for further success from these Best New Artists alums. Zombies members Meechy Darko, Zombie Juice, and Erick Arch Elliott each rap an elastic, word-twisting verse over the song's sparse, vaguely sinister stomp. The video, directed by the group's "spiritual advisor" Phillip T. Annand, playfully extends the band's trippier leanings and quite effectively complements the track. Check it out above.
