Stream of Montreal’s ‘Innocence Reaches’ a Week Before Its Release

Attention, experimental pop fans: You have a matter of hours before getting caught up this weekend’s impending Frank Ocean wave, and you can use it to listen to of Montreal‘s Innocence Reaches a week in advance. This is the group’s ninth LP, as well as their third in as many years, and we’ve already heard singles “It’s Different for Girls” and “My Fair Lady.”

Innocence Reaches came about after “hearing Jack Ü, Chairlift, Arca and others, thinking about low end and sound collage. It was an extra layer to geek out to,” frontman Kevin Barnes told Rolling Stone.  Hear the results below, via NPR.
