Charli XCX is mighty displeased with BBC Three. The network recently aired a men’s rights documentary called Men at War by filmmaker Reggie Yates. Part of the show Extreme UK, Men at War shows how some believe their own rights are being endangered by the social justice movement led by women and the LGBT community.
The pop singer, who recently released her own documentary on feminism (The F Word and Me, also on BBC Three), is mainly upset because Men at War received a 9 p.m. prime time placement, while hers aired at 10:30 p.m. She shared her thoughts on Twitter today, writing that the people interviewed for the documentary “don’t deserve airtime.”
SORRY BUT THIS F**KING DISGUSTS ME. https://t.co/qRBwvBnk4e
