A lawsuit has been filed against Snoop Dogg by a California woman who claims he forced oral sex on her in 2013 after attending one of the rapper’s shows.
TMZ was first to report the suit.
In the suit, which was filed on February 9 and viewed by SPIN, seeing Snoop perform on May 29, 2013, in Anaheim, California, the woman—only identified as Jane Doe—claims Bishop Don Juan, a long-time friend of Snoop’s, offered her a ride home. She says she fell asleep in the car, and when she awoke she realized they were at Bishop’s home instead.
“Plaintiff was exhausted and fell asleep at [Bishop’s] home,” the lawsuit says. Jane Doe says she awoke at 4 am the next morning and Bishop “removed his penis from his pants and forced his penis in Plaintiff’s face,” and “repeatedly shoved his penis into Plaintiff’s mouth.” Furthermore in the suit, Bishop “discriminated against and harassed Plaintiff because of Plaintiff’s sex and gender.” She also mentions that she is a model and dancer in the suit.
The alleged victim continues by claiming that Bishop let her borrow a dress, and instructed that she put it on to visit Snoop’s studio, saying “I want to see if he will make you the weather girl” for a TV show. She claims they arrived at Snoop’s but that she had a stomachache so she went to the bathroom, and while she was on the toilet, Snoop entered, “standing with his crotch in Plaintiff’s face, while Plaintiff was defecating on the toilet.” She claimed that Snoop then forced oral sex on her.
“Plaintiff found herself thinking about her job security if she displeased defendant Snoop Dogg,” the lawsuit says. “Plaintiff felt pressured by defendant Snoop Dogg due to his dominance, and his position of power over her, including his ability to hire and fire her and ensure that she would never be hired in his industry again.”
In an Instagram post that was put up on Wednesday (the same day he became the new owner of Death Row Records), Snoop called Jane Doe a “Gold digger.”

The alleged victim is seeking unspecified damages from Snoop and Don Juan.
