Angel Olsen has announced a series of solo tour dates, her first since she toured solo behind her 2014 album Burn Your Fire for No Witness. The first of the newly announced Tiny Dreams Solo Tour dates takes place June 5 in Asheville, North Carolina, after which Olsen will take a break before returning to the road in September, when she’ll visit cities including San Francisco, Portland, Seattle, Denver, and Austin. Supporting acts include Dick Stusso, Hand Habits, and Julianna Barwick.
Olsen’s most recent release was last fall’s B-sides collection Phases; she’s currently wrapping up a European tour in support of her 2016 studio album My Woman. She’s also set perform at the Brooklyn edition of David Lynch’s Festival of Disruption, which takes place May 19-20. Expect her solo setlist to be a bit different, though: “I will be playing sets that will include my early catalog, new unreleased material, and plenty that falls in between,” Olsen wrote on Facebook.
