Clean Bandit Get ‘Stronger’ in Bombastic New Video

Part of the clip was shot in bullet time on cellphones

In Clean Bandit’s new music video for their New Eyes bonus track, “Stronger,” a jovial, elderly man works on his fitness and goes about living his life in the most amenable fashion possible. Why, you might ask, did the British “pop by way of Yo Yo Ma” group choose to film an ordinary-seeming bus driver putting around joyfully? Well, if you have to ask, then you simply haven’t watched enough. Stick around for the dancing superheroes shaking their stuff in front of a double-decker bus — as well as the Lumia phone-shot “bullet time” effect. What’s especially cool about the “Stronger” video, however, is how the song itself has been ever-so-slighty rearranged with additional backing vocals (courtesy of power-belter Elisabeth Troy), bass solos, and percussion. Watch it above, and pick up New Eyes.
