In the lead-up to the Smashing Pumpkins’ new album, Mouments to an Elegy, Billy Corgan has offered up several tracks that sound like they could nestle in among those from the band’s glory days. There was the fast-paced “Drum + Fife,” the shoegaze-studded “One and All,” and “Tiberius,” a piano-heavy epic.
