When Kwes confirmed the imminent arrival of his debut album, the producer/singer paired the announcement with "36," a tender tribute to "the enduring love Kwes witnessed between his grandparents." In the song's just-released music video, though, the London-based talent highlights the power of schoolyard crushes. In the above clip, Kwes shadows a crew of teenage boys as they, um, "admire" the neighborhood girls in the park and steal glances while cruising the suburb streets.

Kwes' first full-length effort, ilp, hits U.S. shores on October 15 via Warp Records. Pre-orders are currently available through Bleep.
