Watch Japandroids Smile Politely as David Letterman Mangles Their Album Title

Japandroids defended the title of 2012's Band of the Year Thursday night (June 20) by blasting through "Adrenaline Nightshift" on the Late Show With David Letterman. When the Canadian duo last invaded late night television, back in February, they turned in a disappointingly tepid performance of "The Night of Wine and Roses" for Conan. For this go-around, guitarist-singer Brian King and drummer David Prowse brought the "celebration" aspect of Celebration Rock to life. Too bad Letterman thinks the album is called Celebrity Rock.
