Queens of the Stone Age Cover Mark Lanegan’s Drug-Starved ‘One Hundred Days’

'...Like Clockwork' heavyweights played track for French radio broadcast

Longtime Queens of the Stone Age associate Mark Lanegan pitched in during the writing and recording sessions for the desert-rock crushers’ stellar …Like Clockwork. To return the favor, QOTSA have covered Lanegan’s “One Hundred Days,” a druggy, surreal stunner off his 2004 LP, Bubblegum (a record that lead Queen Josh Homme actually played a few instruments on). As Antiquiet points out, Homme and crew recently performed a three-song acoustic set for French Radio OuiFM, and one of the tunes was a faithful rendition of the doomy daydream, which can be heard below.
