This week, Danny Brown joined the cast of the Comedy Central show Detroiters to play the role of a televised weight loss doctor, as Pitchfork points out. As Dr. Mayflower, the Detroit native starred in a jokey commercial about his character’s weight loss services, as stars Sam Richardson and Tim Robinson watch from a TV in a bar. Brown’s latest album Atrocity Exhibition was released in 2016. Watch his appearance on Detroiters below.
