The Jesus and Mary Chain Play ‘Psychocandy’ Classics on ‘Carson Daly’

The post-punk greats play "A Taste of Cindy," "Never Understand," and "The Living End" from the Fonda Theatre

Last Call With Carson Daly took a brief detour last night to the Fonda Theatre in Hollywood, where the Jesus and Mary Chain recently stopped for two nights on their Psychocandy 30th anniversary tour. The clips showed the band playing three of the best songs from JAMC’s classic 1985 debut album: “A Taste of Cindy,” “Never Understand,” and “The Living End,” all against an appropriately hazy backdrop of smoke and flashing lights. Watch here, and look for the band on the rest of their U.S. tour this autumn.
