Lady Gaga Joins U2 for ‘Ordinary Love’ Performance in New York

The pop star joined the rock legends in the middle of their eight-night stand at Madison Square Garden

U2’s star-studded eight-night residency at New York’s legendary Madison Square Garden venue added another marquee name to its guest list last night with a surprise appearance from Big Apple native Lady Gaga. The pop star played piano on a rendition of the Irish quartet’s Oscar-nominated Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom anthem “Ordinary Love,” as well as dueting with Bono on vocals.
