Thursday night in Atlanta, celeb blogger-turned-A&R-man Perez Hilton kicked off his U.S. tour, featuring his fave artists Ladyhawke, Ida Maria, and Semi Precious Weapons. The show -- held at the 1,200-person Variety Playhouse -- soon turned from rock concert to wild house party. "It's time to get drunk!"
