Chaz Bundick is a man of many talents. When he isn’t fronting his Toro y Moi project, the California transplant stays busy recording as Les Sins, drops tracks under his other other alias, Sides of Chaz (see “Sweet Tea,” out December 10), does interviews with SPIN, remixes Billie Holiday, and sometimes covers songs written for the British version of The Office. But Bundick returned to his main gig on December 3 for a two-for-one performance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! The chillwave auteur dusted off two standouts from his latest Toro y Moi full-length, January’s Anything in Return: the jazz-infused “Say That” and low-light seducer “Rose Quartz.” Find the former above and the latter below.
