Savannah, Georgia psych-metal heroes Kylesa are launching their very own label. Dubbed Retro Futurist Records, the vinyl-friendly imprint will drop its inaugural release on January 28 — Canadian prog trio Sierra's Pslip, produced by Kylesa member Phillip Cope. The two bands will also hit the road together abroad in the new year. Those dates can be found at Retro Futurist Records online.

Also on deck for 2014: full-lengths by Jagged Vision (Harvest Earth, due February 25), Darkentries (The Make Believe, due March 25), and Wet Socks (untitled, due April 29). The label is also offering a six-month vinyl subscription service that will include all of the aforementioned LPs, plus exclusives like a hand-printed and numbers Kylesa 7-inch, a Retro Futurist T-shirt, and a mystery single.
