Band starts 11-date North American trek on April 12
How to Destroy Angels will embark on its first-ever tour this April, adding 11 dates to the Trent Reznor-led project's previously announced sets at Coachella on April 12 and 19. The band — which features Reznor's wife Mariqueen Maandig, film score collaborator Atticus Ross, and longtime Nine Inch Nails graphic designer Rob Sheridan — will follow its first Coachella gig with performances in Las Vegas, Monterey, and San Francisco, before returning to Indio for its second Coachella show. After that, HTDA will head over to Denver, Chicago, Toronto, Boston, Montclair, and New York.
The experimental outfit originally announced the live schedule (sans venue information) on February 20 via their website. In typically mysterious fashion, the group made a vague promise that "there are some other announcements coming soon that will impact this [tour] as well…" Locations for the upcoming shows were revealed today (February 21). Pre-sale offers for every performance except the two Coachella concerts will begin on February 27. Additional ticketing details will be updated to HTDA's website as soon as they're available.
