In a habit thankfully not dangerous to our health, SPIN.com has been happy to premiere videos this week from bothR.E.M.'s Michael Stipe and Cat Power, who have filmed spots for human-rights group Amnesty International.

The clips are in support of the non-profit organization's Small Places Tour, which will span the globe from Sept. 10-Dec. 10 in honor of the 60th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and to raise funds for future Amnesty campaigns.

To promote the shows, acclaimed Catalan filmmaker Lluis Danes filmed the aforementioned PSAs with more than 30 artists, ranging from the National to Vampire Weekend (whose clip will premiere in the coming days). Below, a furry Frenchman Gaspard Augé of Parisian dance duo Justice throws his support behind the cause.
