Sacramento-born !!! went around the world to honor their original home. Rolling Stone has posted the video for "Californiyeah," a twitchy Golden State ode from the disco-punk sojourners' latest, Thr!!!er. Whereas the clip for the album's special-somebody anthem "One Girl/One Boy" washed the band (and guest vocalist Sonia "2 Legit" Moore) in trippy screensaver visuals, here sound engineer Jamie Harley catches Nic Offer and the guys singing along to their California shout-out from a hotel elevator in Tokyo. Offer tells RS the authorities cracking down on their shenanigans were totally genuine: "We couldn't believe our luck." The song's lyrics express mixed feelings about a state where the bars close at 2 a.m., but !!! could be playing into the wee hours in a city near you as they continue their 2013 tour.
