You never know what kind of party you’re going to come across backstage at the Grammys. A couple attendees were taking an elevator to a suite at the Award Show last Monday, when in stepped Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl and Preservation Hall Jazz Band, mid-performance. In video recently posted by the Evening Express, the bystanders taped a bit of the performance, which features Grohl tapping on a drum while the reset of the band blares away for the minute-long ride, before getting off and continuing to play into the concourse.

Let it never be said that Dave Grohl doesn’t travel in style. Watch the video here, via Consequence of Sound.
