Continuing the trend sparked by Brooklyn’s recent “Brooklyn Is Berning!” Bernie Sanders benefit, several major bands have signed on to stump for the presidential candidate in upcoming rallies in both Iowa and Los Angeles. Taking the stage at the University of Iowa Field House this coming Saturday are acts such as Sanders-BFF Killer Mike, the recently reshuffled Vampire Weekend lineup, and Foster the People.

Meanwhile, on Friday, February 5, Red Hot Chili Peppers will headline Los Angeles’ Theatre at the Ace Hotel for a “FEEL THE BERN” benefit. Tickets for that cost between $30 and $2700, Alternative Nation points out.
