M83 have shared the latest listen off of their forthcoming LP and something of a creative resuscitation, Junk (out April 8 via Mute Records). “Solitude,” which follows first single “Do It, Try It,” is a lovely, weighty thing — glowing with sweeping strings and drums like ponderous footfalls, it’s closer to soundtracking a James Bond closing sequence than the ’70s and ’80s sitcoms that main man Anthony Gonzalez cites as inspiration.
