After “listening to most of [Metallica’s] catalogue in the last three days”—and despite not being much of a metal fan—Marc Maron recently undertook an interview with James Hetfield, and it was released on Maron’s WTF podcast today. The Metallica lead singer is in the midst of promoting the band’s November album, Hardwired…to Self-Destruct.
