On last night’s episode of the French television show C à vous, Garbage turned up to rip through a performance of “Empty,” the lead single from the band’s upcoming new album Strange Little Birds (due June 10). Lead singer Shirley Manson was, as per usual, fierce and totally on-point with her delivery. It’s so encouraging to see Garbage serving up riffs and energy like they were newcomers to the scene.
