Update: In a little behind-the-scenes fun, Kanye West also participated in an unofficial “Coachella track meet,” where he raced Tyler, the Creator. (Spoiler: Tyler won, but ‘Ye says he was “in my way.”) Watch it go down below in a clip filmed by Odd Future’s Taco.

Kanye West crashing Coachella sets is starting to be something of a tradition. Last year, the rapper made a surprise appearance at the Weeknd’s set, and on Friday he popped up twice for the fest’s opening night: first during A$AP Rocky’s set, then again at Skrillex and Diplo’s Jack Ü set. Onstage with Rocky, ‘Ye performed The Life of Pablo‘s “Father Stretch My Hands, Pt. 1.” But while visiting with Skrillex and Diplo, he opted simply to stand centerstage and not sing while his 2010 hit “Power” blared.
