After a storied beef that lasted years, rappers Ice Cube and Common have buried the hatchet and are co-starring in the film Barbershop: The Next Cut. But most surprisingly, the opposing forces behind “The Bitch in Yoo” and “Westside Slaughterhouse” collaborated for the song “Real People” for its soundtrack (not to be confused with Common‘s own 2005 song “Real People” from Be). Last night they performed the love-spreading track with the Roots on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, which you can watch below.
