Beyoncé, Jay Z, and Timbaland have now been sued over “Drunk in Love.” According to TMZ, Hungarian singer Mitsou is claiming that her song “Bajba, Bajba Pelem,” released in 1995, was used without her permission for the beginning of “Drunk in Love.” TMZ also reports that the singer — born Monika Miczura — is not only seeking damages, but is also asking that a judge rule that the song cannot be played until her voice is removed. Um, we know this isn’t the time for jokes… But who else wants to re-watch the Little Mermaid?
