R. Kelly Sex Tape Might Be Withheld from Public

Prosecutors and defense lawyers in the R. Kelly trial have filed a motion asking the judge to only allow members of the court to view the videotape that allegedly shows Kelly having sex with an underage girl. Because the girl was a minor when the tape was made (meaning the tape can be deemed child pornography), and because of its lewd nature, the lawyers argued it should not be shown in any public session of the trial, according to reports. It can, however, be admitted as evidence. Members of the press may still be allowed to view the video during the trial.
