Massive Attack Added for Coachella

Massive Attack has been added to the Coachella lineup for Sunday, April 30. This will be the iconic outfit’s first U.S. performance in eight years, since they toured behind 1998’s Mezzanine.

The group will be supporting a new double disc of greatest hits and unreleased material called Collected. Set for an April 4 release, the first disc of Collected includes the band’s favorite tracks from previous albums, including “Unfinished Symphony,” and “Safe From Harm,” as well as a new single, called “Live With Me.” The second disc has some Massive Attack rarities and B-sides spliced in between new songs. The flip side of the second disc is a DVD with the band’s video repertoire. For massive Massive Attack fans, the band is currently in the studio working on a slew of songs for their fifth album, tentatively titled Weather Underground. The band plans to tour with these songs this fall.
