Scott Stapp just can’t catch a break.
Vilified for his Jesus poses and mocked for his Creed-era weight gain, Stapp couldn’t even get married without repercussions. Just one day after the singer married the former Miss New York on Friday (Feb. 10) in Miami, Stapp was arrested for investigation of being drunk at Los Angeles International Airport, according to AP.
Airport police believed Stapp was driving under the influence of alcohol, an airport spokesman told AP, and took him into custody at 6 P.M. on Saturday. Stapp was booked and released on $250 bail from a nearby jail on the same day.

No word on why exactly the police went after Stapp, but as the singer told AP in November, he’s often guilty of “being stupid and getting in trouble.” Stapp will be arraigned March 8.
