The members of Pink Floyd came together this week to dispel rumors of a reunion in the U.K. press. After a rousing performance as the reunited Floyd last summer at Live 8, many music biz pundits were speculating that Pink Floyd would get back together for a two-week jaunt this fall. According to Yahoo! Music UK, British journos were claiming that Pink Floyd would perform for a fortnight at the Royal Albert Hall. In a press release sent out yesterday, Floyd frontman Roger Waters said, “[We] are telling fans directly that this is not happening.”
