With the success of last summer’s ArthurFest, Arthur magazine is hosting a winter edition of the fest called ArthurBall. The Ball will take place at various venues in Los Angeles from Feb. 24-26, says Pitchforkmedia.com. So far Queens of the Stone Age frontman Josh Homme, harp mistress Joanna Newsom, Tarantula A.D., Brightback, and Morning Light are confirmed to play at the ArthurBall. Homme will be performing with Chris Goss of Masters of Reality under the moniker the 515ers. Joanna Newsom’s sophomore album is expected sometime this spring, while Queens of the Stone Age will open up for the Rolling Stones at two shows in early March.
