Fiery Furnaces Announce U.S. Tour

Maybe the siblings Friedberger will bring their grandma Olga, the subject of their latest concept album, Rehearsing My Choir, out on the road with them on next month’s U.S. tour. The Furnaces had a busy 2005 in the studio: In October they dropped Rehearsing My Choir, and their new album, Bitter Tea, is slated to come out sometime in ’06. The tour starts Feb. 10 in New Haven, Conn., and they wrap it up on March 4 at the RISD Auditorium in Providence, R.I.
