For those of you who can’t make it to mid-September’s CMJ Fest in New York City, never fear: Just a few hundred miles north and a few weeks later, Boston will play host to a similar combination of performances and music panels. Reported highlights of this years’ NEMO Festival (September 30 – October 1) include the Posies, Robbers on High Street, Joss Stone, Black Mountain, and Diamond Nights. This is the ninth annual NEMO and, in addition to all of the music performances, there will also be an art show, a trade show, and panel discussions about the music industry. Full-access wrist bands will run you a crisp $150 for the general populace, and students get in for a mere $50.
