Dec. 30-31, 2011 -- Everything's bigger in Texas, including blowout New Year's Eve parties. At Lights All Night -- co-presented by SPIN -- 20,000 partygoers packed the Dallas Convention Center for a star-studded international lineup of top electronic music talent, from Tiesto and Girl Talk to Ghostland Observatory and MSTRKRFT.
