Prog-dance duo Darkside's haunting 2013 debut Psychic, with its subdued narcotic haze, can feel like a headphones album. But Nicolas Jaar and multi-instrumentalist Dave Harrington's Stygian techno-gloom filled every corner of Terminal 5's three-story, 3,000-capacity New York City space on Saturday night. Jaar, a mad surgeon at the decks, defibrillated the crowd with 80-plus minutes of electro-pulse, taking the mic occasionally to squelch out the record's few vocalized moments. We captured the show's gorgeous, Yeezusian drama in the photos above.
