The sky looked ominous, but that did not stop fans from lining the block at Steve Madden's lower east side location for the third and final installment of the SPIN and Steve Madden Music Summer Series. Folksy up-and-comers Delta Rae wowed with a stripped down set, that included a steel trashcan drum, and chains. DJ Kalkutta kept the party going, and Tito's Handmade Vodka provided complimentary beverages.
