Strokes’ Next Song, Arcade Fire’s Tour

The second song fans will hear from the Strokes’ upcoming album, Angles (out March 22), will be “You’re So Right.” The New York City quintet will release the track on March 1 as the B-side on the 7″ vinyl for their first single, “Under Cover of Darkness” (listen here). [The Strokes]

Songwriter Rufus Wainwright and Leonard Cohen’s daughter, Lorca, have welcomed the birth of a baby girl, Viva Katherine Wainwright Cohen. Wainwright, who is gay and in a relationship with theatre producer Jorn Weisbrodt, explained that Lorca was not a surrogate mother in a post to his blog: “She did not carry the child for someone else,” he wrote. “Lorca Cohen is the mother of the baby and Rufus Wainwright is the father.” [Rufuswainwright]
