Phoenix are seasoned late-night TV vets at this point, so they must've decided to let loose a little (relatively speaking, of course!) for last night's gig on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon. The French pop sophisticates performed chart-storming new album Bankrupt!'s yearning "The Real Thing" on the broadcast, surrounded by a flurry of what appears to be confetti, though we're pretty sure we spotted some currency floating around, too. As an online exclusive, they left the confetti on the floor for a breezy medley of the album's "Trying to Be Cool" and "Drakkar Noir." Also check out their sets for Saturday Night Live, Live on Letterman, Jimmy Kimmel Live!. And don't miss our cover story, We Do It Properly: Coast to Coast With Phoenix.
