Paul McCartney, Nine Inch Nails, Phoenix, Vampire Weekend, SPIN cover stars the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, and more are set to play this year's Outside Lands festival, organizers revealed today (April 16). The annual event, booked from August 9 to 11 this year, will once again be held at San Francisco's Golden Gate Park.
Other artists booked for the sixth installment of Outside Lands include: Red Hot Chili Peppers, Grizzly Bear, D'Angelo, the National, Kurt Vile and the Violators, Wavves, Jurassic 5, Youth Lagoon, Gary Clark Jr., Jessie Ware, Foals, Yeasayer, Surfer Blood, Chromatics, Willie Nelson & Family, Kaskade, Pretty Lights, Matt & Kim, Camper Van Beethoven, the Men, Thao & the Get Down Stay Down, Dawes, the Tallest Man on Earth, Band of Horses, A-Trak, Young the Giant, and many more. The festival's always well-curated food and drink lineup will be revealed later this spring.
Tickets go on sale on April 18 at noon PST. According to a press release, a significant portion of every ticket sold will directly benfit San Francisco's Recreation and Park Department.
