Stream Toronto Noise Punks Odonis Odonis’ Frightening ‘Better’ EP

Hear the group's long-awaited follow-up to 'Hollandaze' in its entirety

After spending 2012 touring in support of their excellent debut LP, Hollandaze, Dean Tzenos-helmed industrial noise-punks Odonis Odonis have returned with a new similarly sludgy EP. Better steers the Toronto trio’s already potent anxiety to even more terrifying places by zeroing in and amplifying the darkness that could be heard in its predecessor’s intermittently surfy melodies. It’s a feat on display in tracks like “Flight,” which welds Tzenos’s blown-out yelps to horror movie organs and bristling low-end. Odonis Odonis are set to take Better on the road with fellow Torontonian noise-mongers METZ this spring.
