  • A third track from My Morning Jacket‘s new album Circuital, out May 31, has surfaced. Head over to Pretty Much Amazing to stream the track “Victory Dance.”

  • Kate Bush is releasing an album of reworked tunes titled Director’s Cut this month, but the arty British singer-songwriter has begun working on her first album of new material since 2005. Bush says the new songs are “a work in progress” and she doesn’t have a release date in mind. “Even if I was able to talk about it now, it might completely change in a few weeks and so would no longer be relevant,” she says.   • The Red Hot Organization, which raises money for AIDS awareness, will release a two-disc album Red Hot + Rio 2 on June 28. The disc is a tribute to Brazilian Tropicália and features collaborations with Beck and Seu Jorge, Of Montreal and Os Mutantes, David Byrne and Caetano Veloso, and others. [Pitchfork]

  • Tori Amos will release a new album Night of Hunters in September, and also head out for a fall tour. Amos describes the disc as a “21st century song cycle inspired by classical music themes spanning over 400 years.” The songwriter has only announced European tour dates so far, which kick off September 28 in Helsinki, Finland.   • Neko Case and Nick Cave have teamed up for a cover of the Zombies‘ ’60s classic “She’s Not There.” The song will premiere on the first episode of the new season of True Blood, which airs on June 26 on HBO. [Billboard]
