The surviving Nirvana members will be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame tonight (April 10) — introduced by Michael Stipe, and possibly performing with Joan Jett — just days after the 20th anniversary of frontman Kurt Cobain's tragic death. On Tonight, Grohl and Novoselic introduced Stevie Nicks for a performance of the Fleetwood Mac singer's 1981 Tom Petty collaboration "Stop Draggin' My Heart Around," with Fallon standing in for Petty (see also: "Gov. Christie Traffic Jam," "Jeremy (Lin)," and many more Fallon music sketches). And then Nirvana's bassist and drummer reminisced about the early years of Nirvana and the band's rapid — and unexpected — rise to massive stardom.
